Safeguarding and Protection
Safeguarding is central to our company and service. We follow:

Safeguarding Lead
The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is trained to Level 3 safeguarding and oversees:

Allegations management
Multi-agency liaison
Ofsted notifications (where required)

Each young person has:

Missing from home protocol
Exploitation awareness planning
Support Arrangements
Within 5 working days of admission, each young person receives:

Keywork Support
Minimum frequency:
Weekly for 16–17 year olds
Fortnightly (minimum) for 18+

No use of physical restraint (as supported accommodation is not a care setting)

Each young person has a:
Private bedroom
Lockable storage
